What's the deal?
Hazy IPA — 5% ABV
Brewed with hefty dose of Citra in the whirlpool, then a double dose of Mosaic Incognito in the fermenter (that's right, the fermenter) while we transferred it in warm, so the hop oils could blend in nicely.
We let it naturally cool a touch before throwing some Cosmic Punch yeast at this tasty treat. Once fermentation was almost complete, we dropped some Sultana in to round it out.
Huge juicy fruit gum vibes with a touch of pink grapefruit and a subtle sap note.
