What's the deal?

We brewed this to be true to style, so this beer is rich with just enough traditional German hops to keep the malt in check. It showcases a bready flavor with a malt derived sweetness and is relatively easy to drink considering the ABV.

This German style wheat beer (weissbier) produces unique flavors of banana and cloves with an often dry and tart edge.

What's the deal?

For this beer we used a hop that is quickly becoming our favorite here, Sabro. The mix of Sabro and Amarillo in this beer creates an aroma of coconut lime popsicles. The taste follows with a charge of coconut, and subtle lime notes to balance it out. This mouthfeel is creamy and smooth, with a sweet finish.

What's the deal?

High Hopes is fermented with our House Ale yeast strain. We decided to showcase HBC-472 hops while also using its sister hop Sabro to bring out even more of the coconut, and tropical aromas and flavors found in the hop. Then added a touch of Citra to help round out the flavor profile.
