Condemnation Appeals Commission

Resolution – calling a public hearing to determine whether certain conditions described herein constitute a Public Nuisance at the locations stated: sets the date and time for a public hearing on Aug. 3, 2023, at 4 p.m. to determine whether certain conditions of the properties located at 3807 Hancock St., and 107 N Kentucky St., and 300 S Mississippi St. constitute dangerous structures and/or a public nuisance, and whether to order the removal of such; consider ordering the removal of an accumulation of solid waste located at 1619 S Buchanan.; consider ordering the removal of substandard structures located at 2407 Englewood Dr.
