Losing weight is a super common New year’s resolution—and yet one of the most difficult to keep. Even if you’re dedicated to the cause, finding the time to workout and cook up healthy meals every day can become draining, especially in quarantine. While weight loss is no easy feat, WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) is currently offering up several awesome deals on its Reviewed-approved programs to help you get in tip-top shape this year.

Through Friday, January 29, you can head to the site to save on one-, three- and six-month long weight loss plans—and, if you sign up for any of the six-month programs, you'll receive a free kitchen essentials collection valued at $100.

Customers can choose from one of WW’s three online programs:

1) Digital: This plan allows customers to have a more self-guided experience by placing a heavy emphasis on the utilization of the WW app for food tracking, goal planning, community support, recipes and on-demand workouts. While it would typically cost $20.95 for a single month plus a $20 starter fee, or $40.95, it's currently 40% off, so you'll only pay $24.57. The three-month plan is also normally priced at $20.95 per month plus a $20 starter fee, but with the promotion, you'll pay just $16.57 per month (the fee will also be deducted from your savings). Lastly, if you want to try the Digital plan out for six months, you'll get the first month free and have the starter fee deducted, so you'll pay just $17.48 per month for the remaining five months (normally $20.95), plus get the free kitchen essentials kit.

2) Digital 360: In addition to the app features included in the digital plan, this program includes more support and accountability with 24/7 access to WW coaches by way of on-demand videos, events and podcasts within the app. Normally priced from $29.95 per month plus a $20 starter fee, the starter fee for this plan has been nixed, so you'll only pay for a single-month plan. If you're looking for more of a longterm commitment, you can opt for the three-month plan's starter fee at $21.97 per month instead of the regular $29.95 with no starter fee, while the six-month program, which also forgoes the starter fee and the first month's charges, will be $23.96 a month for the remaining five months. You'll also get the free kitchen essentials gift.

3) Unlimited Workshops and Digital Plan: Last but not least is the unlimited workshops and digital plan, which includes virtual workshops with an expert WW coach of your choosing, all of whom are trained to help you lose weight. You can also join loved ones who are also doing WW in an unlimited number of workshops at any time. It would typically cost you $44.95 a month with a $20 starter fee, coming out to $64.95. Right now, though, the one-month is down to $38.97 for both, while the three-month program, also usually $44.95 plus a $20 starter fee, sees you paying just the discounted monthly fee of $30.97. You can also purchase the six-month plan, normally $49.95 per month, for $34.76 a month with no starter fee.

On the WW app, you track everything you eat and drink, as well as your workouts.

Rachel Moskowitz, Reviewed's senior audience development manager, tested out WW’s Digital plan and fell in love with it. After sticking with it for one year, she managed to lose more than 30 pounds! Rachel found that her program of choice was easy to get behind because it gave her a better idea of what she was putting in her body every day. As a result, she started consuming more fruits and vegetables and found that it helped “transform [her] lifestyle and mentality towards food."

If you’re looking for a more hands-on program, you also can look to either of WW’s other two plans: Digital 360, which includes a ton of fun interactive features on the app, or Unlimited Workshops + Digital, which is best fit for those looking for a lot of accountability. Just note that depending on the length of time you select for your plan, you'll be charged $39.95 if you cancel before it ends and will need to cancel ahead of its end to avoid being charged the regular monthly fees at full price.
