Welcome Rain Falls on Fire-Struck Algerian Province

Heavy rain provided welcome relief on Friday morning, August 20, in Algeria’s Setif province, one of several northern regions affected by wildfires that, according to Algeria news media, had killed at least 37 people and injured dozens.

At least two people were killed in Setif province, according to the Algeria Press Service (APS).
