Good morning, people of Denver! Brad K. Evans here with a fresh issue of the Denver Daily. I'm excited to be here. I hope you're having a great day, and today's coverage includes a story about the Welton Street Cafe in Five Points, which, like many restaurants, has struggled to survive the pandemic and a rent dispute with their landlord. They've found a new spot down the street, and sure could use some help to make the move a success.
