Wendy Williams’ son Kevin Hunter, Jr. is coming out against allegations that he is using his mother’s credit card.

Atlanta Black Star reports that Hunter is using Williams’ American Express card in an unauthorized manner. The rumor was first reported by The U.S. Sun, who alleged that Hunter was using the account Williams has now been frozen out of to charge $100,000.

"I vehemently deny any allegations of unauthorized use of my mother's American Express Card," said Hunter in a statement. "This is a false narrative perpetuated to justify freezing her accounts."

LaShawn Thomas, Williams’ former lawyer, also said in a statement that she denies intentionally causing Williams’ account to be frozen, including Wells Fargo’s claims of “financial exploitation.”

"I met Wendy at the Wells Fargo branch," said Thomas.

“We went into the Wells Fargo branch and we spoke to the branch manager. We told him what was going on.” According to Thomas, what they and Hunter wanted was to set up an online banking account Williams could access, as well as copies of Williams’ bank statements. Thomas was ultimately unable to fulfill those tasks.

Williams' life post 'The Wendy Williams Show' has become messier than any Hot Topic Williams has talked about in the past.

While facing health concerns, Williams has now been seen on video with slurred speech and a dazed look, suggesting her health is deteriorating. Meanwhile, Williams is still trying to maintain her relevance by launching The Wendy Experience podcast.

The recent bombshell report by The Hollywood Reporter details what Williams’ behavior was like during the final year of The Wendy Williams Show, with accounts of staffers seeing alcohol bottles in the office and concerns about her sobriety.
