'We're All Gonna Get Gassed as Soon as You Leave': Protester Confronts Portland Mayor
Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler was confronted at a protest in the city on July 22, with one protester telling him: “We’re all gonna get gassed as soon as you leave.”
Footage verified by Storyful showed gas was used as police declared a riot in the early morning of July 23.
Anti-police demonstrators have gathered every night for eight weeks in downtown Portland.
