For the fifth year anniversary of House Beautiful's Whole Home (where we tap designers and our favorite brands to build a home from the ground up), we are back in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA, partnering with Ladisic Fine Homes and architectural firm Pak Heydt & Associates, to breathe new life into a historic Chastain Park Tudor.

This is House Beautiful's first time renovating an existing property for our annual Whole Home build, which feels especially meaningful in today's limited housing market where buyers are choosing location over perhaps their first choice home. Notable design talent from around the country will reimagine each room of this two-story family home, featuring over 11,000 square feet of custom-built design ideas, a multitude of entertaining spaces—both indoors and out—and areas dedicated to living better at home: from designated work spaces to rooms that are all about kicking your feet up. The renovation will appear in the December/January Makeover Issue of House Beautiful and on HouseBeautiful.com, hitting newsstands December 6 and debuting the second season of it's video series, Blank Slate, which highlights each rooms design journey from white walls to fully designed and inspired spaces.
