Thanks to the generosity of our readers, The Patriot Ledger’s Lend a Hand campaign for 2021 raised more than $53,000 to help those in need on the South Shore. Working with Quincy Community Action Programs, Aspire Health Alliance, South Shore Community Action Council and other local service agencies, Lend a Hand, wrapping up its 24th year, has raised more than $3.3 million from readers making donations.
