West Chester/Liberty Chamber Alliance honors Everest Award winners

WEST CHESTER TWP. – Three regional business leaders will be presented the Everest Award Thursday.

Jeff Beckham, Jim Bonaminio, and Mike Schueler will receive their awards during a West Chester/Liberty Chamber Alliance dinner and program at the Cincinnati Mariott North in West Chester Township.

"Jeff, Jungle Jim, and Mike have set standards of excellence in their industries and have made significant contributions to the development of our region,’’ said Joe Hinson, president and chief executive officer of the West Chester/Liberty Chamber Alliance.

“We are honored to celebrate their achievements.”

Schueler is chairman and chief executive officer for the Schueler Group in Lebanon.

Beckham is a partner in Kingsgate Logistics in West Chester Township.

Bonaminio is the founder and chief executive officer for Jungle Jim’s International Market, with locations in Fairfield and Union Township, Clermont County.

This is the ninth year the chamber has presented the award, which honors leaders who have made a significant impact on businesses, communities and the quality of life along the Interstate 75 corridor, Hinson said.

Serving as keynote speaker for the event is Stephen Hightower, president and chief executive officer of Hightowers Petroleum Co. It is a $400 million enterprise with five national and international businesses in the energy field.

Pete Scalia, host of WCPO’s Cincy Lifestyle television show, will emcee the event. He was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis when he was 30 and has been active with the national and local Arthritis Foundation and launched to #PSNeverGiveup movement.
