West Monroe, Catholic-B.R. among top seeds as LHSAA releases 2023 baseball brackets

West Monroe, Lutcher, Catholic-Baton Rouge and St. Louis Catholic were among the top seeds in the 2023 Louisiana High School Athletic Association baseball brackets that were released Tuesday afternoon.

Competition will begin this week across Louisiana in 10 divisions, with the state tournament culminating May 9-13 at Sulphur’s McMurry Park.

Also earning No. 1 seeds were St. Charles, Ouachita Christian, Avoyelles Public Charter, Kinder, Oak Grove and Choudrant.
