Westerville ArtsLine: Short month of February not short on art offerings

Among the list of arts-centered events planned for February is WesterBall, a gala for art lovers and families.

Scheduled for 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Feb. 26 at Otterbein’s The Point, the bash will be hosted by the Arts Council of Westerville to build excitement for a cultural-arts center in Westerville, raise funds for local arts and music programming and promote artists and organizations.
