Wetlands at risk after massive California oil spill says Huntington Beach mayor

Crews have been able to locate the source of the oil spill in southern California but it is not confirmed if the leak has been completley capped. Huntington Beach Mayor Kim Carr said that beaches are closed to protect the health and safety of the public. Carr also spoke about mitigating any impact the oil slick will have on the wetlands.
