Wetzel’s Pretzels just opened a new location in downtown Sacramento. Here’s where
Wetzel’s Pretzels opened its fourth location in the Sacramento area this week.
The pretzel franchise’s newest spot is located at 414 K St. in downtown Sacramento. It occupies a 2,000-square-foot outdoor space at the Downtown Commons entertainment and shopping complex, also known as DoCo.
“I wanted to take the brand to another high-profile area, and DoCo was an obvious choice,” Ben Elias, owner of the Wetzel’s downtown Sacramento location, said in a news release on Tuesday.
Where is new Wetzel’s Pretzels in Sacramento?
The new Wetzel’s Pretzels is located next to Macy’s on the main plaza level.
It’s one of a handful of businesses to open at DoCo since November 2022.
They include Tom’s Watch Bar, It’Sugar Candy Store, and Phenom streetwear and sneaker store.
Popular Sacramento coffee chain World Travelers Coffee Roasters posted photos to its Instagram account in early October showing the progress it’s made on its new DoCo location.
However, the new coffee shop had yet to confirm an official opening date as of Wednesday.
What is on the menu at Wetzel’s Pretzels?
Popular Southern California-based brand Wetzel’s Pretzels has more than 400 locations in the United States and Canada.
The chain is known for its assortment of sweet and savory pretzels, with prices ranging from $3.89 to $6.59.
Frozen and fresh lemonade is also available, along with frozen granita and fountain drinks. Drinks start at $1.69 and can go up to $4.19.
