Big Oil vs. The World - BBC Two - Thursday, 9pm
In a timely piece of scheduling, this documentary looks at the fossil fuel industry and what they knew about climate change - and covered up - more than four decades ago.
Temperatures may have cooled a little by Thursday, but the outraged response to this story of denial and dismissiveness in the name of financial gain won't have done.
