Work out at the Y? You’re probably also into burritos, washed down with a little bit of Sauvignon Blanc.

At least that’s what a new survey from Foursquare has revealed. The app that connects you to new places in your city, recently analyzed the habits of gym goers to see if there was any correlation between which gym you visit and the other stops you make along the way.

Turns out there is.

According to the data, Equinox members are just as fancy as you think. The stats, as reported in Women’s Health, show that those who frequented this exclusive gym were more likely to check into juice bars, airport lounges, upscale boutiques and gluten-free restaurants.

FlyWheel spinners spent time at boxing gyms, indie movie theatres and yoga studios, but were found to have a weakness for brunch and chocolate shops.

24 Hour Fitness goers were twice as likely to frequent coffee shops, tea houses and, interestingly, marijuana dispensaries.

We’re not sure what classes they offer at Planet Fitness but those who checked in here sound like a fun bunch. They were also most likely to check in to salsa dancing classes, costume shops and fried chicken joints!

It’s all about balance, right?

Finally, YMCA visitors offered a mixed pot. They checked into private schools, organic grocery shops, hockey arenas, the liquor store and… Chipotle!
