Hi, readers.

Pat Ferrier here.

I’ve lived in Northern Colorado for nearly 30 years and in that time, I’ve watched the Outlets at Loveland decline, from the go-to place for discounts and deals to a virtual ghost town.

Every time I drive down Interstate 25 from Fort Collins, I wonder why the property is in such a state of despair and why it has not been snatched up for redevelopment.

This week, we answered that question.

The good news is, the site may be gaining some traction in the not-too-distant future.

Whether there’s more interest in the property for apartments or retail is yet to be determined.

Stand by. There’s likely a lot more to come on this story.

Thank you for subscribing.
