What's Your Go-To Meal To Cook When You're So Burned Out That You Can Barely Even Take Care Of Yourself?

And not all of us can afford food delivery and takeout, even though it's easiest.

That's why I want to hear from y'all: What's your go-to meal to cook when you're feeling depleted mentally, physically, or emotionally?

Maybe you like to start off with some scrambled eggs in your frying pan and throw in some tomatoes and spinach, or really whatever veggies you have hanging around in your fridge — a low-maintenance omelette.

Do you like to keep it relatively simple and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Or, if you want something easy but extra delicious, maybe you even grill it on a buttered skillet for some extra crisp?

Or do you straight up tear off pieces of bread and dip it into a peanut butter and jelly combo? Because I've been there.

Or maybe you like to just heat up some flour tortillas on a pan, spread butter on them, and dip them into some store-bought salsa before plopping down on the couch and turning on Amazon Prime to binge watch The Boys.
