National Weather Service Louisville Discussion

"Skies remain clear early this morning and wind either calm or light around the area," the NWS said. "Areas of fog this morning could be locally dense, with pockets where visibility is reduced to a quarter of mile or less. The most likely spots to encounter dense fog will be in river valleys and other low-lying areas."

"Upper low will close off Northeast of Lake Superior on Tuesday, and then a vort lobe will pivot from the Upper Midwest (Tuesday) morning. This will drive a cold front Southeast across the Ohio Valley sometime on Tuesday, with a decent opportunity for stable post-frontal (precipitation)."
