When, where Atomic Burger will open in Ascension Parish
PRAIRIEVILLE, La. (BRPROUD) – Atomic Burger, a hamburger restaurant that sells liquid nitrogen-chilled shakes, will open a new spot in Ascension Parish.
Nick Spitale, one of the owners, said the plan is to open in early February at 17122 Commerce Centre Drive in Prairieville. Spitale said they don’t have an exact date but construction is almost complete.
Atomic Burger’s menu includes sliders, hand-cut fries, edamame, chili cheese hot dogs and milkshakes. Burgers include Atomic, mushroom swiss, fried chicken, jam and green chile.
There is also a family meal offered with nine sliders and three sides.

This will be the first location to open in Ascension Parish and the third to open in Louisiana. The other locations are 5909 Creek Centre Drive in Baton Rouge and 3934 Veterans Boulevard in Metairie.
According to its website, Atomic Burger in Baton Rouge is open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.
