Only six Michigan Lottery prizes worth $100,000 or more were won in July, but the largest was substantial.

A Genesee County woman won $6 million on a $300,000,000 Diamond Riches ticket, according to the Michigan Lottery.

The 69-year-old woman purchased the $50 ticket at the Pure Market located at 8475 Main Street in Whitmore Lake.

She opted to receive the prize as a one-time lump sum payment of about $4.1 million instead of 30 annuity payments for the full amount.
