The Dave Matthews Band kicks off its summer tour in Florida, with five concerts planned.
The renowned jam band, which tours nationally about every other year, will begin on the state's Gulf Coast.
Formed in Charlottesville, Virginia, the Dave Matthews Band hit the mainstream with 1990s hits such as "Ants Marching," "So Much to Say," "Crash Into Me" and "What Would You Say?"
The band's latest album, "Walk Around the Moon," was released last year and includes the hits "Madman's Eyes" and "Monsters."

In its email Tuesday, the band explained how ticket sales would work:
An online ticket presale for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association is underway now at https://davematthewsband.com/warehouse. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, February 13th, at 9 a.m. local time until Thursday, Feb 15th, at 10 p.m. local time through the Citi Entertainment program. "This year’s continued partnership with The Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign will bring the total to 5 million trees planted since DMB teamed up with TNC in 2020 to support reforestation," the news release said.
