Whether you're looking for a no-mess breakfast on Thanksgiving Day, or just don't like traditional holiday foods, Gaston and Cleveland counties have some restaurants and grocery stores that will be open for the public this Nov. 23.

Check out this list to find out where you can go for a quick bite or a forgotten ingredient.

Grocery Stores

  • Harris Teeter will open all stores from 6 a.m.- 2 p.m.

  • Ingles Market will be open from 6 a.m. until roughly 5 p.m., give or take, according to a staff member.

  • Food Lion locations will be open from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Restaurants

  • Cracker Barrel located on Remount Road in Gastonia will be open from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.

  • Waffle House is open 365 days of the year.

  • McDonalds, most locations will be open Thanksgiving Day.

  • Jackson's Cafeteria on Franklin Boulevard in Gastonia will be open from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Golden Corral on Franklin Boulevard will be open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Grandma Hoyt's located on East Virginia Avenue in Bessemer City will be open from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
