The luxury real estate market is booming and CashNetUSA recently found the most expensive neighborhoods in each US state using data from Zillow.

The report found the most expensive neighborhood in the country is Manalapan, Florida where the average home costs around $39 million.

In Georgia, that title is awarded to Sea Island, where an average home costs around $5.7 million.
