Where can I get my recalled Kia or Hyundai fixed around Milwaukee?

Wisconsin Kia and Hyundai owners are facing more trouble with their vehicles as a recent recall warned owners not to park the cars inside because a certain design flaw might cause them to start on fire.

Kia is recalling 1,730,192 vehicles because the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit (HECU) may cause an electrical short, resulting in an engine compartment fire, according to an NHTSA report.

Hyundai is recalling 1,642,551 vehicles for a problem with the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) module, an NHTSA report said. Break fluid may leak internally and cause an electrical short. This can cause an engine compartment fire which may increase the risk of a crash or injury.

The fire risk affects about 3.37 million vehicles total. Hyundai said it plans to notify owners to bring their vehicles to the nearest dealership to replace the anti-lock brake module, while Kia is still working on a remedy.

Here's where you can take your car in the Milwaukee area to be serviced.
