Valentine’s Day, simply known as Feb. 14 to those who scowl at red and pink aisles in retail stores, is around the corner. And if you’re hoping to reserve a fancy dinner for your significant other, friends or a solo date, the cutoff period could be sooner than you think.

Here are several Portland restaurants hosting fine dining experiences for V-Day.
Arden
Location: 417 NW 10th Ave, Portland, OR 97209
Arden wine bar and restaurant is offering a four-course dinner that’ll make you swoon. For $125 per person, guests will enjoy four dishes made with local ingredients and paired with the perfect wine.
Olympia Provisions
Location: 107 SE Washington St, Portland, OR 97214
Matthew Jarrell, executive chef at Olympia Provisions, has curated a tasting menu just for diners and their loved ones. The $85 experience will include Endive Bechamel, short rib, crème brulée and more.
Scotch Lodge
Location: 215 SE 9th Ave #102, Portland, OR 97214
Buckman neighborhood whiskey bar Scotch Lodge is offering a three-course meal with an appetizer, entree and dessert for two. Diners will be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail at the door, and will also receive whiskey-infused chocolates before they exit. Dinner is $95 per person.

Executive Chef Heather Kintler has crafted another three-course tasting menu that features poached prawn salad, seared king salmon and vanilla bean meringues. Reservations are $100 per person, and guests can upgrade for special add-ons like oysters or crab beignets.
Fillmore Trattoria
Location: 1937 NW 23rd Pl, Portland, OR 97210
This family-owned Italian spot will serve an $85 three-course meal. Fillmore Trattoria hasn’t released its holiday menu yet, but its standard menu includes filet bites, mixed greens salads and spaghetti calamari.`
