Where to get sandbags in the Sacramento area

(FOX40.COM) — Ahead of two back-to-back storms expected to bring heavy rain across much of California, local governments have begun activating centers for residents to get free sandbags.

These sandbags can be placed around homes and structures to prevent minor flooding that could cause damages.

Most places require you to bring your own shovel and may have a limit on the number of bags you can take.
