Where to find sweet Georgia peaches from The Peach Truck in Louisville in 2022

The popular Peach Truck will soon be returning to the Louisville area and we can almost taste the ripe juicy goodness dripping down our chins.

Starting in June, the Peach Truck tour plans to visit 24 states, including Kentucky and Indiana.

Haven't heard of The Peach Truck? It's a Nashville-based traveling food truck that delivers farm-fresh peaches from Georgia and South Carolina directly to the consumer. Stephen Rose, who grew up in Georgia eating aromatic peaches straight off the tree, started this fruit delivery service with his wife Jessica in 2012 because he says he was "tired of the tasteless grocery store peach options" in his new home in Tennessee.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, The Peach Truck partners directly with hometown farmers in Georgia and delivers peaches directly to the consumer within hours.

"Louisville really gets the energy of what we are trying to do with the Peach Truck," Rose said. "In Louisville, you all will come out no matter what the weather and wait in line because you really love the fresh fruit of the South. Louisville is one of our biggest stops on the tour."
