Where can I get tested for COVID-19 in the Wausau area?

Do you have COVID-19 symptoms? Have you been in close contact with someone with COVID-19? If your answer is “yes” to either of these questions, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services says it’s time to get tested, even if you are fully vaccinated.

The state of Wisconsin has partnered with local health departments, community testing sites, pharmacies and health care providers to offer testing. The type of testing available and the minimum age requirement for testing varies by site.

Due to the increased rates of COVID-19 across the state and country, there is an increased demand for testing. As a result, some locations have limited testing appointments available. Please check with your provider for availability and schedule an appointment or preregister, as required. Additional information on community testing sites also is available on the Wisconsin DHS website.

These testing sites are currently available in the Wausau area. This listing will be updated as new information becomes available.
