24 Hours of Le Mans
Saturday, September 19 - 8 a.m. ET - MotorTrend TV, MotorTrend App

The 24 hour classic will be aired live, flag-to-flag, on both the MotorTrend cable network and app, which simulcasts Eurosport's local coverage. If you are unable to watch every hour of the race, or have to step away to eat and sleep, you can catch up with our annual live blog, which will run for the full length of the event.

Due to Toyota's significant number of advantages on their competition from Rebellion Racing, this year's race will, like 2018 and 2019, be as much between Toyota and the rigors of 24 hours of racing as it is between them and any actual on-track competition. Their TS050s face some new hurdles, however, as they'll be contending with expected heavy rains and a field made up largely of pro-am entries in the LMP2 and GTE-Am classes.

LMP2, the pro-am prototype class, will be a key class to watch, with 24 entries running a full gamut from teams that employ a questionable number of professional drivers to teams that employ a questionable number of amateur drivers.

GTE-Pro will be a three-way battle between Porsche, Aston Martin, and Ferrari, with the #91 Porsche starting on pole. GTE-Am will also be a three-way battle between those manufacturers, but on a larger scale; That class has a startling 22 entries.

NASCAR Cup Series - Bristol Night Race
Saturday, September 19 - 7:30 p.m. ET - NBC Sports Network

The NASCAR Cup Series wraps up the first round of its playoffs with the annual Bristol Night Race. Those familiar with both how NASCAR Playoff elimination races go and how the Bristol Night Race goes will understand that this is a recipe for fireworks.

Two of the four cars run by Team Penske, Ryan Blaney's #12 and the #21 of Matt DiBenedetto entered by Wood Brothers Racing, likely need to win this race to advance. They will have two of the fastest cars in the field and a sense of urgency, but they will have to contend with a field of drivers who need a strong finish not only in the race but in both of its first two stages to ensure an advancement of their own.
