Some question whether Postal Service can handle deluge of mail-in ballots amid pandemic

With just 50 days away from the November general election, Maryland -- like the rest of America -- is relying on the U.S. Postal Service to help voters cast ballots during the coronavirus pandemic. More Marylanders will vote by mail this November than in any previous election. There could be millions of ballots being sent back and forth through the U.S. Postal Service by the time this election is over.
