Editor's note: this post contains spoilers for Season 2, Episode 6 of HBO’s The White Lotus, "Abductions."
After featuring a wide array of butts all season long, The White Lotus season two finally also featured a full-frontal scene. And as expected, the gays are living.
Episode five ended with the gag of the season: Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge) walking into a room where Quentin (Tom Hollander) is having sex with his “nephew” – who is most likely just a sex worker – Jack (Leo Woodall).
Then in episode six, Quentin went on to hire a sex worker for Tanya: a local Italian guy named Niccoló (played by Stefano Gianino). Though she was initially hesitant, all of Tanya’s doubts went away after meeting Niccoló and doing a line of cocaine with him.
Toward the end of the episode, Tanya and Niccoló retreated to her guest room in Quentin’s villa and Niccoló came into the room swinging in a completely full-frontal scene.
The fragility, toxicity, and nudity of men have been recurring themes in the second season of The White Lotus, which means that the girls, gays, and theys had been eagerly waiting for a full-frontal scene to happen at one point or another. Now, here it is.
While many viewers assumed that something gay was bound to happen between Cameron (Theo James) and Ethan (Will Sharpe), that no longer seems to be the case. Alas, we finally got to see Valentina (Sabrina Impacciatore) getting herself some with Mia (Beatrice Grannò), which was long overdue.
The grand finale of The White Lotus season two airs this Sunday, so viewers will finally find out which characters have been killed and who is behind all the killing.
The White Lotus season two airs Sundays on HBO and HBO Max.
