GRETCHEN WHITMER: We're expecting to make more announcements on additional re-engagements in the coming days. Or case numbers and public health metrics are trending in the right direction. And we're very pleased to see that, and feeling very optimistic. So let's keep it up.

As the national vaccine rollout keeps chugging along, we are making steady progress toward our goal of equitably vaccinating 70% of Michiganders ages 16 and up. To date, we have administered 1,942,759 vaccines. Michigan is ninth nationwide for total vaccines administered, and our case count and positivity rates remain among the lowest in the country.
