Who's cooking at Rev? The most chefs ever. Here's the 2022 lineup

Rev, one of the Indianapolis area’s preeminent foodie events, will have the largest slate ever of restaurants participating in the eight-year history of the racing, fashion and food culture celebratory mashup.

Revelers can taste the creations of about 70 chefs and restaurants.

Last year the event featured noshes from about 50 chefs and restaurants, with thousands of guests walking the red carpet, mingling with drivers and dancing into the night.

The bash is scheduled for May 7, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This year marks a return to the track for the full-scale Rev event in the month of May for the first time since 2019, when about 62 restaurants and chefs participated. The function was canceled in 2020 and Rev 2021 was moved to July.

More than a third of the 2022 participants are first-timers.

Rev is a fundraiser for the Indiana University Health Foundation and supports statewide trauma and critical care programs, as well as care for drivers and patrons at the IU Health Emergency Medical Center at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
