Here's a look at the candidates who have filed to run for U.S. Senate as of Tuesday afternoon. Nominating papers for U.S. Senate, Congress, Pennsylvania governor and lieutenant governor races in the May 17 were due Tuesday, and additional candidates may come forward before the deadline passes.

Malcolm Kenyatta: A state representative from Philadelphia, he has earned the backing of multiple celebrities
Conor J. Lamb: A Marine and lawyer from Allegheny County who represents the 17th Congressional District
Kevin Baumlin: A doctor and chair of Emergency Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia
John Fetterman: Pennsylvania's current lieutenant governor, widely considered to be the Democratic front-runner.
Republican candidates for U.S. Senate
Kathy Barnette: A veteran and former businesswoman from Montgomery County who is a frequent conservative political commentator
Jeffrey A. Bartos: Businessman from Montgomery County who owns a contracting company and real estate businesses
Mehmet C. Oz: The television personality known as "Dr. Oz" has a home in Montgomery County
Carla Herd Sands: Cumberland County businesswoman and chair and CEO of Vintage Capital Group
David McCormick: A resident of Pittsburgh, McCormick is a businessman and former Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs under George W. Bush.
Sean Gale: A business and health care attorney from Montgomery County
George Bochetto: A Philadelphia attorney who successfully battled the city over its removal of its Christopher Columbus statue
