The new CEO of Maitland-based Tijuana Flats Restaurants LLC recently announced plans to open 50 new franchised restaurants by 2025. He joined the company last fall, replacing Brian Wright, who in September became CEO of Addison, Texas-based gastrobar chain Bar Louie after heading up Tijuana Flats for nearly four years.
