It’s been a year since Siera Santos left Fox 10 in Phoenix for MLB Network.

Now she’s changing jobs again — but staying put.

Santos and Ryan Dempster are joining Kevin Millar as co-hosts of “Intentional Walk,” an entertaining, often-goofball baseball show — the longest-running show on the network.

“Oh man,” Santos said Wednesday. “I can’t wait.”

It’s an interesting grouping of personalities. Dempster and Millar were teammates on the Florida Marlins in their playing days. Santos is both aware of their relationship and apparently now awed by it.

“Dempster and Millar go back 25 years, and even after one rehearsal, we had great chemistry,” she said. “I get to chime in with my own opinions, and trust me, I won’t hold back on an opportunity to roast those guys.”

If you follow Santos on Twitter, or watch her on “Quick Pitch,” the highlight show she hosted on MLB Network, you know that roasting anyone isn’t going to be a problem.

“It’s going to be a blast,” said Santos, who joined Fox 10 in 2020 and left for MLB Network in 2022. “I can guarantee there will not be a shortage of laughter.”

The new-look version of the show debuts March 31. It will air weekdays at 2 p.m. Arizona time. Santos sounds ready.

“This is going to be one of the most entertaining shows on MLB Network,” she said.
