Why wait? Nashville in top 10 best airports when it comes to wait times

Looking to fly out of Nashville and in a hurry? You're in luck. Nashville International Airport is one of the better ones in North America when it comes to queue times, according to a recent survey.

Even with ongoing construction, Nashville's airport was named one of the top 10 best airports in the United States when it comes to waiting in line by the travel website Casago. Nashville International Airport made the list with several other southern airports including Raleigh-Durham International Airport in North Carolina and three in Florida.

The ranking was based on passengers' ratings when it came to wait and queue times at airports all across North America. Take a look at where Nashville sits on the list and who came out the worst.

How does Nashville's airport rate?

More than 853 million passengers flew with U.S. airlines in 2022, according to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics. That equals a lot of waiting to actually get to your flight. Casago took reviews from travelers and calculated which airports had the most four and five-star reviews when it came to wait time.

When it comes to waiting times, Nashville came in eighth overall in North American airports, according to Casago.
