Here's finally something all this cold weather is good for.

After a year off because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wicked Hop, 345 N. Broadway, is bringing back its popular outdoor ice bar. Weather permitting, the bar will open Jan. 28, the Third Ward spot said on social media Thursday.

The outdoor bar will again be sculpted by Art Below Zero. The Wicked Hop previously set up ice bars in 2020, a few weeks before the pandemic hit, and in 2019.

It'll be at least the second ice bar to set up shop in the Milwaukee area. The BelAir Cantina at The Corners of Brookfield opened its ice bar Jan. 20.
