Wild pitch sends RubberDucks to loss against Yard Goats

RubberDucks reliever Luis Oviedo uncorked a wild pitch in the seventh inning that plated the game-winning run for the Hartford Yard Goats in a road loss on Saturday night.
Earlier in the inning, Oviedo (0-2) gave up the lead with a game-tying home run from Daniel Montano. Oviedo went 3⅔ and gave up two runs on four hits, two walks and two wild pitches.
The Ducks (35-27) took the early lead in the third inning with a solo home run from catcher Eric Rodriguez. The following inning, Raynel Delgado launched a two-run homer to score George Valera.
