Wild signs Ryan Hartman to three-year, $5.1 million extension

PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Wild signed center Ryan Hartman to a three-year contract extension on Thursday.

The $5.1 million deal has an average annual value of $1.7 million.

The 26-year-old Hartman had six goals and 12 assists in 40 games this season.

In seven NHL seasons, including stints with Chicago, Nashville and Philadelphia, he has 57 goals in 354 games.

Hartman was a first-round pick (30th overall) of the Blackhawks in 2013.
