William Root House joins Smithsonian Museum Day
Sep. 12—The William Root House, 80 N. Marietta Parkway NW in Marietta, will offer guests free admission during Museum Day on Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Hosted by Smithsonian magazine, Museum Day is a national day where participating museums, zoos and cultural centers across the U.S. provide free entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day ticket.
