Let the debate begin.

The annual rite of spring has arrived − the announcement of the latest class of inductees into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.

For some fans this latest class will bring a sigh of relief that their favorite band or performer − like George Michael or Rage Against the Machine − is finally getting the honor they deserve.

For others − like diehard fans of Akron's DEVO − it will be just another snub.

And it means fans of relatively new groups − like the Black Keys − are a year closer to be considered for the rock hall.
