Willmar council to hold hearing on health care bonds

Apr. 5—WILLMAR — The Willmar City Council will hold a public hearing at the start of its meeting Monday for the issuance of health care revenue bonds by CentraCare Health System. The hearing begins at 7 p.m. in the board room of the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services Building.

The city council will also discuss setting a hearing for a proposal to amend city zoning for multi-family housing to allow a project in an area zoned for general business use.

The council will also hear a presentation on the Invest in Willmar Local Option Sales Tax and discuss an application to the Border-to-Border Broadband Development grant program.
