What are your guiding principles? (While GM of the Wilmington Sharks) Provide a place for the local community to enjoy family and friends. Being available for the community to help increase exposure for nonprofits and local businesses.

How do you volunteer your time in the community? Fundraising opportunities for local charities, set up opportunities for player and mascot appearances to make a difference in the community (while GM of the Wilmington Sharks).

Who has helped you achieve success in your life and career? My family, friends, co-workers, employees.

What goal would you like to accomplish before turning 40? Winning this award was always a goal! Continue to play a large role to help our community succeed, grow and develop.
