Nora Kline of Harbor Creek High School is the winner with 79 votes. Her nomination states she is a genuinely kind, giving, and funny human being. She gives her all and sucks up new knowledge like a sponge. She began Speech & Debate this year as a senior, chose one of the most difficult categories to try her hand at, and has currently placed several times in our circuit. She continues to work on her speech and her delivery. Her dedication to being better is second to none.
