You Can Win A Weekend Getaway At This Potato-Themed Hotel
Potatoes are easily one of the most versatile and universally loved foods out there. Fried! Mashed! Roasted! Baked! We love and appreciate spuds in all of their forms especially when that form happens to be a hotel you can stay at. The best part? There's a way to win a free vaca when you enter a giveaway hosted by McAlister's Deli.
To celebrate National Potato Month (which falls during September), McAlister's Deli is hosting The Great Spoud Getaway. Customers can enter for the chance to win a four-day, three-night all expenses paid trip for themselves and a guest to American's "potato capital" in Boise, Idaho. The unique stay will take place at the Big Idaho Potato Hotel, a room complete with a bed, sitting area, fire place, all inside a giant potato. The premises also features a silo-turned-tub and a cow that will be your farm pet for the duration of your stay.
Along with the vacation, the winner will also receive a year's worth of free giant spuds from McAlister's Deli. This menu item features baked potatoes topped with the fixings of your choice like vegetables, protein, and more.
You can apply to win the once-in-a-lifetime trip through September 14 at 11:50pm EST and can do so by posting a photo of a "spud creation" online via Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the hashtag #spudbudsweepstakes and tagging @McAlistersDeli. Winners will be selected at random and the trip with take place in mid-October.
