Forward progress stopped on vegetation fire in San Bernardino County

Officials have stopped the forward progress of a vegetation fire that was threatening structures in the city of Hesperia in San Bernardino County on Wednesday afternoon.

The Farm fire, reported at 1:15 p.m. at Ranchero and Caliente Roads, is burning about 150 acres with 10% containment, according to officials with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Cal Fire announced about 4:50 p.m. that the fire's forward spread had stopped.

No structures have been damaged.
