If you're looking for a super versatile and fun white for the holidays look no further. Spain is crafting excellent white gems that are perfect for the table and go great with all kinds of foods. If you enjoy a pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc, then grab a bottle of El Coto Blanco.
The wine is made from verdejo, sauvignon blanc and viura grapes and all estate sourced. Aromas of honeysuckle, peaches and tropical fruits fill the glass. Flavors of lemon, lime and pears zip across the palate in a crisp clean style. This wine will work great as a starter with appetizers or main dishes.
Pair with: broiled walleye, shrimp scampi, salad course or crab cakes or open when guest arrive.
